Need IT or any sort of technical support? Call, email or enquire online – we help wherever we can. We look after some 700 users in 80 companies across East Anglia and north London.

 

We visit homes to install WiFi networks, deploy backups, Ring security doorbells, file sharing, email migrations from antiquated platforms like BT Connect free email, Sonos and other WiFi enabled sound systems and speakers, anti virus and other security scans and cleanups, installing printers, scanners and much more... Free audit and consultancy

Generally, when new customers first make contact with us we’ll meet and discuss their needs, this could be – an Office365 migration to enable collaboration (file sharing (like Dropbox)), professional email solution, calendar sharing, group calendars, team mailboxes), security – ensuring their computers are encrypted and secured using a commercial grade anti virus, networking problems like slow WiFi, security awareness and protection deployments, backups, redudancy and failover to ensure continuity.

IT support

Put simply, we’re here when you need us – if you or your employees have a problem with their computer, printer, internet connection etc. we’re here to help, either remotely or on-site. Call us and we will hopefully fix the problem over the phone, or we will come to see you – usually the same day or the next. We operate from 8am to 8pm but have an out of hours option and weekend availability too. Call us when you need us, we’ll connect to your computer and fix the problem. 

IT management

We take on the complexity of your IT in its entirety – remote system monitoring to ensure any problems or potential problems are nipped in the bud; checking system logs to ensure the hardware doesn’t have any problems, software logs to ensure filing and services are interacting correctly; checking and testing system backups and ensuring all security patches - whether for Windows or your internet connections or networks are applied and secured; checking and changing configuration to ensure security and best practice, we work on systems over weekends to ensure all's 100%. We're available evenings and weekends - whenever you need us, we're here day and night and no extra charge.

Rates

We're open and transparent, here's what we charge -

Initial hour onsite - £175

​Per hour thereafter - £55 

(billed by the second - we don't round up the hour)

Pay-as-you-go remote IT support - £75 for first 30minutes then £1/min

£450 per day (9.30am-4.30pm) - Monday-Friday

£575 per day - Saturday-Sunday

Pay monthly customers pay per user per month on a discount basis - the more users you have, the less you'll pay per user.

Pay as you go customers pay per second for remote IT support and onsite IT support, if required.

Pay monthly has several advantages over per-as-you-go - 

  • No surprises - remote IT support is fully inclusive, we will never charge more than your monthly remote IT support rate

  • Out of hours as standard - we're here for you, we don't charge more for out of hours, we understand some users may want to work in the evenings and/or weekends and require support. 

  • Emergency contact as standard - direct contact for immediate, fully-inclusive support

  • Threat response - we'll work day, night and weekends to ensure you're fully protected

  • Regular system checks - not only does all of our client's IT report securely to us, but we'll also, regularly, hop on to your systems to double check all is ok. 

  • System backups - we regularly check and test backups to ensure they're still working, they're capturing all relevant data, our clients can restore files from 28days ago with 2 hour backup versions meaning our clients could have 336 versions of one file as that file changes over a month.

  • Windows Updates - we check these have been applied and they're working

  • Vendor Updates - updates from Dell, HP, Lenovo etc are installed and checked. Not only Windows drivers, but also firmware and patches. 

  • Anti malware (malicious software) updates - we make sure all laptops, PCs and servers have the latest anti virus software and updates installed. We cross check network scans against our network inventory to make sure all the boxes have been ticked.
